Wild Plum Jam

Our wild plum jam is made up of sustainably hand picked hedgerow plums. We use a mixture of plums including Damsons, Bullaces and Victoria Plums. Like all our preserves, we don’t add pectin and we make them in small batches. Just fruit and sugar. Simple stuff with full flavour.
