Introduced to our range a few years ago as part of our English Country Garden preserves, this was our best seller in 2020. A delightful mix of local strawberries and homegrown rhubarb. We don’t add any commercial pectin to our preserves so have added a little apple juice to get a clear and natural set. Made in small batches. Fabulous with cream teas.
