What are the benefits of listing with Neartoo?

Neartoo is backed by The British Independent Retailers Association and helps connect your business to local consumers, at a fraction of the price. You can even manage inventory from different platforms, all from your Neartoo Dashboard.

How much does it cost to sell on Neartoo?

We understand that every sale matters. We make sure the funds are paid directly to your merchant account, so we never hold your hard earned cash. Sales via Neartoo will incur a 7% commission charge, as well as the relevant transaction costs (Stripe or PayPal). Please contact Bira for more information on membership fees.

Who is responsible for sales on Neartoo?

Neartoo is a Marketplace designed to showcase independent businesses across the Country. When you make a purchase on Neartoo, the transaction is between the buyer and seller. However, we are always here to help should you need us.

Can I buy from any business on Neartoo?

You most certainly can, and we hope you do! While we try our best to connect you to the most local business or product, we are just happy you are supporting an independent business. All businesses are vetted by The British Independent Retailers Association (BIRA).

How will I receive my order?

At Checkout, you will be shown a variety of options from each of the sellers you are supporting, so just pick the best option for you. You will receive updates via email from each of the relevant sellers as your order progresses.

Who do I contact if there is a problem with my purchase?

Your first point of contact should always be the seller you purchased from. You can find their contact details on Neartoo, or use the “Contact Seller” form from their storepage. Our sellers are always keen to help, but if you ever struggle to resolve an issue, just contact us directly.
